KEY RESPONSBILITIES: Enabling Business Strategies • You will assist with designing and executing creative talent solutions that impact business and employee experience, such as organization transformation, engagement programs, recognition initiatives, performance management, learning and development, retention initiatives and so on. • You will integrate and collaborate with stakeholders and CoE functional partners such as reputed company, Organization and Talent Solutions, Compensation & Benefits, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, and HR Operations to help facilitate talent-led solutions. • You will maintain headcount tracking and day to day headcount management. • You will champion company-wide initiatives, events as required. • You will exercise familiarity with workforce insights, evidence-based research, and HR & business metrics to aid decision-making and influence business solutions. • You will understand the basics in how to navigate while working in a reputed company and matrix organization.
