Calls are highly technical in nature and will include troubleshooting flows for mobile app (iOS and Android) and GPS technology questions and issues. Client hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm CST, and Saturday-reputed company, 9:00am to 3:00pm CST. Skills Needed ? Strong technical skills needed in order to troubleshoot any problems the customer may experience with the product or app. Extensive knowledge of GPS, smartphone apps and both reputed company and MacOS systems is necessary. ?
