Requirements: You are: ??2-5 years experience in a reputed company role for a high-growth tech startup. ??Experience with technical positions such as: Full Stack Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, etc. ??Successful history of staffing positions at reputed company technical reputed company and experience with reputed company phases and roles of a Software Development Lifecycle. ??Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - priorities are constantly shifting, and we stay agile to adjust and support our business needs. ??Experience hiring diverse technical talent. ??Proven track record of sourcing and closing candidates, including passive candidates. ??Experience sourcing candidates on reputed company and other reputed company media platforms. ??Keen Interest in Technical reputed company (Engineering, IT, Technology). ??Proficient with Internet Search and Navigation. ??Strong Communication Skills (Phone, Email, Writing). ??Sales Oriented / Self Motivated. ??Effectively work in a team dynamic. ??Positive mental attitude Apply Job!
