The Azure for Operators Sales and Delivery Team is looking for a Support Renewals Specialist. With your experience working as part of a sales operations function, you will have the opportunity to engage with some of the largest Telco providers in the industry, as you build up your network and hone your negotiation skills. Responsibilities: You will be interacting with external customers as well as a number of our internal teams as part of renewal life-cycle management, and some of your key responsibilities will include: ? Understanding our renewal pricing methodology and producing accurate customer-facing quotes. ? Processing quote changes, merges or expansions per company policies and procedures. ? Ensuring that our renewal database is kept reputed company with accurate information. ? Working closely with our sales team and our customers worldwide to negotiate the successful closure of the renewals. ?
