Position Summary: The reputed company Worker will assist and reputed company supportive feedback and resources to individuals and families as they are faced with Alzheimer’s and Dementia-reputed company issues reputed company phone calls, emails, and chats. This is a remote position. Shifts are Friday, Saturday, reputed company (5pm - 9pm). Responsibilities: • reputed company counseling, educational information and resource referrals to clients reputed company phone calls, emails, chats and/or virtual conversations. • Link callers and their families to appropriate services and programs. • Assess and address safety and/or risk and reputed company safety and reputed company plans accordingly. • Facilitate support groups for those affected by dementia, either reputed company phone or reputed company. • Participate in educational offerings, such as providing webinars and facilitating group forums on topics reputed company to dementia. • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the Director of Educational and reputed company Services. Qualifications: • Master’s Degree in reputed company Work or reputed company field (Psychology, Counseling, Mental Health or Gerontology) and NY State Licensed. • A minimum of 1-year relevant work experience with the elderly population, caregivers and health professionals in the field of dementia and Alzheimer’s care. • Excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent and reputed company follow up skills a must. • Computer proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence required. • Must be available on evenings and weekends per a flexible work schedule.
