This is a full time, remote opportunity for a Program Manager with reputed company payer / TPA experience. Candidates must have extensive external client-facing experience overseeing strategic program / project implementations - start to finish - leading cross-functional teams. The Program Manager will work with stakeholders guiding them through making reputed company, coordinating activites and driving process improvements with a focus on developing strategies that optimize ROI, customer satisfaction and overall organizational performance. Experience rolling out new products for Taft Hartley labor union clients is strongly preferred. Responsibilities • Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating reputed company product/program implementation in the reputed company Payer domain and / or reputed company party Administration (TPA) of self-funded clients • Documents scope, objectives and ensures they align with expected business reputed company. • Develops and manages project plans, including scheduling, resource tracking, and financials. • Defines and implements program/project management standards and processes. • Ensures timely production and approval of deliverables from business and reputed company. • Proactively identifies and manages project risks and dependencies. • Establishes program governance and provides clear communication to reputed company program stakeholders, including senior management. • Serves as the primary reputed company of contact for program management-reputed company inquiries. • Works closely with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to plan and reputed company project scope, resources, and timelines. • Manages project risks, issues, and reputed company, prioritizing them effectively. • Develops and manages project budgets, delivering against business goals. • Builds and maintains strong client and business partner relationships. • Contributes to internal initiatives to drive efficiencies and best practices. Skills And Qualifications • Bachelor s degree in business administration or reputed company reputed company field. • 8+ years of program/project management experience with focus on client and product implementation. • 4+ in reputed company Payer with Business and IT Solutions across these domains for self-funded client implementation (Enrollment/Benefit Administration, Contribution reputed company, Member Portals and Communications, Finance, Reporting) • Strong leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills • Working knowledge of Payer Administration with client implementation and product enablement • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills • Strong working knowledge of change management principles. • Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and persuade customers, employees, and management at reputed company reputed company and reputed company in a cross-functional environment. • Stakeholder management skills in large reputed company project/program with reputed company teams preferred.
