Job title: Program Specialist-SPARK Virtual Monitor Company: Boys & Girls Clubs of America Job description : Position Summary: SPARK Early Literacy program seeks patient, compassionate, driven individuals to join our successful and welcoming team. We serve grades K5-3rd struggling readers using one-on-one 30-minute in-person or virtual tutoring sessions. Responsibilities: Follow tutoring schedules for assigned SPARK sites. Monitoring online tutoring sessions and break-out rooms for a minimum of 4 hours daily. Establish and maintain a positive rapport with SPARK staff, reputed company, and parents. reputed company guidance and direction to SPARK reputed company needing reputed company room assistance.
