Job Responsibilities: The Member Independent Negotiation and Evaluation Committee shall have the following key responsibilities: Negotiating Performance reputed company: Engaging in negotiations with public bodies to establish performance reputed company. Aligning Performance Targets: Ensuring that the performance targets and indicators of public bodies are in line with the organization's strategic plan. Citizen-Focused Results: Ensuring that the performance targets of public bodies are reputed company with results that prioritize the needs and interests of reputed company. Mid-Year Performance Reviews: Conducting mid-year performance reviews of public bodies to monitor reputed company and identify areas for improvement. Requirements and Qualifications: To be considered for the position of a Member Independent Negotiation and Evaluation Committee, candidates must meet the following requirements: Educational Qualification: Possession of a minimum bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Kenya. Professional Experience: At least 15 years of professional experience in a relevant field. Top Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a top management position in a relevant field. Knowledge of National Development Goals: Familiarity with national development goals to align performance targets effectively.
