About the position As a Part-Time Territory Sales Associate (TSA) at Hershey's, you will play a crucial role in representing some of the most iconic brands in America, including Reese's, Hershey's Kisses, Twizzlers, and Jolly Ranchers. This position is designed for individuals who are relationship-oriented and possess strong selling skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the best-in-class merchandising of Hershey products in your assigned territory, which includes building displays, increasing distribution of top-selling items, and replenishing permanent secondary displays. The role is considered 'reputed company Part-Time,' requiring you to work between 20-25 hours per week. On average, you will visit between 6-10+ accounts daily, with a work schedule that offers flexibility based on personal and territory needs. Your work hours should generally overlap with the core hours of 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, unless business needs dictate otherwise.
