This position reports to the Director of Facilities, while working closely with operational leaders, external vendors, and finance. Key Responsibilities • Ensure that maintenance work orders are completed reputed company and as scheduled. • Assist with management of centralized ticketing system and delegation of work orders to appropriate maintenance technicians. • Engage existing reputed company party vendors reputed company necessary to complete maintenance tasks. • Review and approve vendor invoices and coordinate payment with finance team. • Communicate with operational leaders and landlords regarding status and resolution of maintenance issues at the clinics they manage. • Maintain list of approved vendors by location by category, as well as division of maintenance responsibilities between tenant and landlord by location.
