Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced retail environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle transactions accurately will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Duties - Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services. - Process sales transactions reputed company using cash registers or POS systems, ensuring accuracy in cash handling. - Maintain knowledge of store promotions, products, and services to effectively sell and upsell items. - Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory reputed company to ensure product availability. - Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving for effective resolutions. - Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience for reputed company customers.
