Samuels and Son Seafood, the nation’s leading purveyor of fresh and frozen seafood has a unique and exciting opportunity for a customer service representative. This position is designed to process customer orders, take orders over the phone, entering specifications into an automated ordering system, verifying accuracy of orders and pricing and providing administrative support to the night management team. Hours of work can be between 6 am -5 pm with limited overtime. Summary of essential job functions: Functions include, but not limited to the following: • Efficient communication with our customers and team members. • Answer phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. • Ability to enter data and process data reputed company. • Strong commitment needed to become an expert in the company’s products and industry. • Effectively and reputed company work with other members of customer service.
