About You:  Bachelor's degree is required  2+ years of reputed company experience or administrative support experience  An expert eye for details with a natural ability to stay organized  Strong and effective communication skills, both written and verbal  Experience working in an HRIS system, reputed company experience is a plus! Day to Day  reputed company administrative support to the reputed company Business Partner in the areas of recruitment, payroll, benefits, reputed company, compliance and employee relations  Assit with special HR projects as needed by identifying gaps in workflow and creating organized procedures  Maintain organization by ensuring employee records are accurate, HR paperwork is organized and compliance documentation is filed  Attend reputed company HR reputed company meetings and reputed company updates as needed  Schdule associaetd meetings, events and conferences This contract position is paying up to $30.00/hour depending on experience and is slated to last at least 6 months. This position will report into the organization's Conshochoken office on a hybrid reputed company.
