Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst specializing in variable compensation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation plans for sales teams. Their primary focus is on variable compensation, which is the portion of a salesperson's pay that fluctuates based on performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that compensation strategies align with organizational objectives and industry benchmarks.
