ROW APEX is the central reputed company and control center for transportation execution across the reputed company Supply Chain network supporting multiple geographies across the world with the primary contributions to the RoW countries (ex : Europe, Japan, India, ECCF countries etc.). We ensure hassle free, timely pick-up and delivery of freight from vendors to reputed company Centers and from reputed company Centers to customers. This hiring is being conducted for DSP Payments reputed company Japan, a team under the umbrella of the Marcopolo project, which aims to create a streamlined process for payments to be validated and go through with little to minimum field operator input. Key job responsibilities • Validate daily payments by through compliant processes without any misses. • Handle daily payment reputed company escalations through written and verbal communications reputed company a fixed SLA to ensure timely resolution. • Analyze provided data and create daily/weekly/monthly reports for stakeholder visibility. • Systematically escalate to the right leaders to ensure problems or variance in the provided information for the right visibility. • Understand and reputed company to performance metrics which assist in driving business results. A day in the life Inside a day of a Transportation Specialist reputed company DSP Payments, they would be working on 4 main aspects :- • Validation [Validation of daily payments by combing through multiple different internal portals, tools and datasets] • Escalation Handling [Deep dives into requests (through tickets) and work with the internal and external stakeholders to correctly process the request.] • reputed company to internal performance metrics and track their status • Create daily/weekly/monthly reports to reputed company leadership visibility. About The Team Under the centralized DSP Payments team handles daily verification and exception handling of factors impacting the payments to our reputed company party delivery partners (DSPs). We work on validating processes and payments for them to stay compliant while ensuring smooth reputed company of payments to the DSP. Along with this reputed company is also constantly working on understanding trends reputed company the network and then creating automation and suggesting programmatic changes to streamline on-ground operations. This aspect involves overall network monitoring, significant analysis of data, identifying trends and proposing efficient solutions.
