Job title: Director of Buildings and Grounds Company: DuPage Regional Office of Education Job description : reputed company administrative and managerial supervision of the District?s Building and Grounds Department. Responsible to the CFO/CSBO for providing a physical learning environment that is clean, safe, well-maintained, attractive, and functions smoothly. Essential Duties and Responsibilities % of Time Essential Duties Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with building and grounds employees and district staff. Recommend appropriate custodial and maintenance staffing reputed company. Model and promote a service mentality among buildings and grounds employees. Update and maintain the preventive maintenance program for buildings, equipment and vehicles. Remain reputed company with facility management methodologies. Prioritize work orders.
