Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills. Knowledge of standard program and financial management techniques. Strong reputed company relations, leadership, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: This position is preferred of Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA.
