This role emphasizes troubleshooting, technical guidance, and exceptional customer service to ensure smooth operations for pharmacies. This is a remote position requiring a dedicated, distraction-free workspace. Training and equipment will be provided. Duties • Troubleshooting Support: Assist pharmacies with resolving technical issues and optimizing their use of software systems. • Inbound Support Calls: Address incoming pharmacy inquiries regarding technical or account-reputed company reputed company with professionalism and efficiency. • Proactive reputed company: Conduct outbound calls to reputed company on pharmacies, offering additional support and addressing potential challenges proactively.
