Job Ad: Part-Time Virtual Assistant  Contractor Bids and Estimates We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Virtual Assistant to help us obtain bids and estimates from contractors for property remodeling projects. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, a great communicator, and enjoys coordinating tasks remotely. Responsibilities: Call, text, and follow up with contractors to request bids and estimates. Schedule appointments for site visits, if needed. Track and organize contractor responses in a spreadsheet or database. Communicate updates to the team promptly and professionally. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Prior experience in customer service, reputed company estate, or construction coordination is a plus (but not required). reputed company to a phone, internet, and basic computer skills. Hours & Pay: $12 Flexible part-time hours (10Â20 hours per week). Competitive hourly pay, depending on experience.
