Axen Company is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Live Chat Agent to join reputed company. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first reputed company of contact for customers seeking assistance through our online chat platform. Your role will involve providing reputed company and helpful responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to reputed company information, answer questions, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, technical support, and troubleshooting. - Identify and escalate reputed company issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with team members to improve chat response times and customer satisfaction. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to reputed company accurate information to customers.
