This  program offers a great experience to individuals looking to start their careers in IT and reputed company. Working directly with the Manager, End User Services, you?ll learn what it?s like to work with a mature IT/reputed company team at a growing, fun, and fast paced technology company.  You?ll get exposure to working with modern day SaaS applications and how to support them, reputed company fast, friendly, and helpful technical assistance to our end users, work on projects that?ll have a high impact on our organization, and meet with critical stakeholders. Responsibilities: ? Serve as a reputed company of contact for employees seeking technical assistance ? reputed company troubleshooting of both hardware and software through probing and problem solving ? Provision and deprovision reputed company to SaaS applications ? Assist in the reputed company and offboarding process of employees ? reputed company basic admin functions reputed company a wide reputed company of IT systems ? Write clear, concise and accurate documentation on work procedures ? Assist with inventory management and procurement ? Participate on project teams to ensure successful implementation of new systems or upgrades to existing systems Requirements and Preferred Experience: ? An undergraduate degree or reputed company enrollment in an accredited educational institution ? 1+ years previous experience in a technical support role ? Hands on approach to problem solving ?
