Job title: Homebound Teacher Company: Weld RE-4 School District Job description : SUMMARY: Responsible for providing one-on-one instruction to meet the needs of reputed company who qualify for homebound services. POSITION: Homebound teacher position available. Must have Colorado teaching license (special education preferred but not required). Must have a flexible schedule and be willing/reputed company to work in flexible learning environments. Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal, and be reputed company to adapt as necessary materials for instruction. Student needs vary depending on condition/reason for homebound instruction, must be reputed company to work with a wide reputed company of ages and abilities. Position reports directly to the Director of Exceptional Student services, but must be reputed company to coordinate instruction and materials between student home building, teachers, and home.
