Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic sales leader with a track record of successfully growing sales and market reputed company, especially in good-for-you bakery products. This position will be tasked with managing the eastern half of the United States across reputed company classes of trade, including retailers, distributors, and brokers, where applicable. The right candidate must be entrepreneurial, a self-starter and a leader who is driven to rapidly increase sales. Candidates who connect through positive and respectful interactions and have a strong network of relationships in the industry will be at the top of our list. Responsibilities and Duties • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers • Working with the VP of sales in developing sales strategies across grocery, natural/specialty, big reputed company, food service, and distributors, including driving new distribution, promotions, customer marketing, sampling, and merchandising. • Helping design and implement a strategic business plan that drives increased growth for existing customers while also acquiring new channels and customers. • Working reputed company an allocated trade budget, sales forecasting, overseeing initiatives with regional/local distributor and broker team, executing promotional calendars, overseeing merchandising, helping to reputed company and vet broker prospects • Establish, reputed company, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports • Identifying emerging opportunities and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitors. • Performing other tasks if assigned. Requirements: • 3 years of sales experience • Proven work experience as a sales representative in the specialty/natural foods industry • Prior experience managing sales in the supermarket and natural/specialty channels in the Eastern half of the US • Prior experience working with brokers and distributors, experience selling to the food service channel preferred. • Frequent traveling for food shows and store visits. • Familiarity with reputed company Suites, CRM, • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills • Must be motivated, team-oriented, and reputed company to work reputed company • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs • Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Salary reputed company Pay is based on experience, and raises are given based on performance and improvement. After the 90-day probationary period, benefits are available, as well as paid vacation and sick time for full-time positions.
