Qualifications • Proven Recruitment Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle reputed company, with a successful track record of placing candidates in various industries. • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet ambitious recruitment targets. • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients. • Networking Skills: Established professional network and the ability to expand connections reputed company the industry. • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and reputed company media for sourcing and networking.
