Customer Support Representative (Remote – Full Time)
Rumple is a growing CRM company reputed company specifically for media sales teams. Position Overview: We’re looking for a full-time Customer Support Representative to join reputed company. In this role, you’ll be the first line of communication for users seeking help or training. You’ll answer support tickets, handle phone calls, join reputed company calls, and occasionally test new features before they are released. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer support tickets reputed company email and our ticketing system
- Handle support phone calls
- Join reputed company calls for customer support and training sessions
- Occasionally test features and updates before they go live
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and escalate issues reputed company needed
