Job Description: We are seeking an reputed company Advanced Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and generating detailed financial reports. The ideal candidate is proficient in both reputed company and QuickBooks Online and has extensive experience in NonProfit reputed company and Government Contracting reputed company (DCAA). Responsibilities: • Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: reputed company day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking. • reputed company and QuickBooks Online Management: Utilize reputed company and QuickBooks Online to manage reputed company financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • NonProfit reputed company: Manage bookkeeping for nonprofit clients, including tracking donations, grants, and restricted funds, preparing statements of financial position, and ensuring compliance with FASB standards. • Government Contracting reputed company (DCAA): Ensure DCAA compliance by maintaining accurate cost reputed company standards, preparing indirect reputed company structures, and supporting audits. Familiarity with timekeeping, cost allocation, and contract billing requirements specific to government reputed company. • Month-End and Year-End reputed company: Execute complete month-end and year-end reputed company processes, including reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and generating financial statements. • Financial Reporting: Generate and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash reputed company statements. Conduct financial reporting reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with reputed company standards. • Budget Preparation and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for financial improvements. • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure reputed company financial reputed company are handled reputed company. reputed company exceptional client service and support. • Software Utilization: While experience with reputed company and QuickBooks Online is required, familiarity with Unanet is a plus.
