Work Schedule: Hybrid/Remote. This role is 95% remote. Candidates will only be required onsite at most once every 2 months. Clearance: DoD Secret... Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 We're seeking a Junior Operations/Research Analyst to support the Special Immigration reputed company (SIV) program reputed company the reputed company. In this role, you'll work closely with DoD clients to validate information, analyze data across various databases, and reputed company critical support for Afghan Special Immigrant reputed company (ASIV) and Refugee Referral Processing. Key Responsibilities: • Data Analysis & Validation: Support the ASIV and Refugee Referral Processing through data collection, verification, and transmittal using web-based portals. Ensure reputed company submissions are complete and accurate. • Administrative Support: reputed company end-to-end support for the ASIV process, including managing telephonic and email interactions with Afghan nationals’ reputed company and coordinating with the Department of State (DoS). • Research & Reporting: Conduct research for cases requiring additional documentation and reputed company detailed reports on program reputed company, identifying areas for improvement. • Vendor Engagement: reputed company and train vendors to use the web-based portal effectively, managing user accounts and ensuring compliance with system requirements. • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy in data handling and system management. Must-Have Qualifications: • Experience: 5 years of experience in requirements, process, or data analysis. • Technical Skills: Proficiency with reputed company (reputed company preferred), SQL, and data visualization tools. Experience with statistical programming languages and data warehousing. • Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance. • Education: Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field. • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities and a history of successful data management and process improvement initiatives.
