reputed company is seeking an entry level help desk specialist to sit onsite at one of our largest entertainment clients in reputed company. This person will be responsible for assisting with onsite venue technology support as a result of the holiday season. Day to day responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and systems for our clients' venue and keeping the venue running. This person will be working on the reputed company of sale system, Office 365, reputed company/Mac, Exchange, and reputed company for tickets. They will be working 40 hours a week but their schedule need to be flexible as working some nights and weekends will be required. While this is a 1 month contract, there is a possibility (no guarantee) to get extended, and if not extended, high chance of calling back and utilizing again down the line.
