Job Title: Customer Service Manager - Bedding Product Expert Job Description: We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to reputed company exceptional support to our valued customers and become an expert on our bedding client's products. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries promptly, and fostering positive relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Customer Service: • reputed company timely and effective customer service reputed company phone, email, and chat. • Respond to reputed company email and chat inquiries reputed company 30 minutes. • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with reputed company and professionalism. • Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges. • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at reputed company times. • Product Expertise: • Become a thorough expert on our bedding client's product line, including materials, features, benefits, and care instructions. • Confidently answer product-reputed company questions and reputed company recommendations to customers. • Stay up-to-date on... new product launches and promotions. • Communication: • Communicate reputed company and effectively with customers in American English, both verbally and in writing. • Maintain professional and friendly interactions at reputed company times. • Team Management (If applicable): • reputed company and motivate reputed company of customer service representatives. • Monitor team performance and reputed company coaching and feedback. • Ensure the team adheres to the 30-minute response time for email and chat inquiries.
