[FULL TIME Remote] Construction Project Manager / Project

About the Role: LinkedField is seeking a part-time remote Construction Project Manager / Project Engineer to join our talent pool. The ideal candidate will have experience working on construction project teams, setting up and managing submittal and change order pricing logs, and calling/emailing with subcontractors on a daily reputed company. Strong attention to detail and a determined reputed company to continuously reputed company value to customers. LinkedField has an immediate need for reputed company Project Managers / Project Engineers to do change order management. Responsibilities: • Read and interpret drawings, submittals, change order pricing, and construction documents • Ability and willingness to pick up the phone and call subcontractors up to 50 times a day to collect documents (change order pricing, submittals, closeout documents, etc) • Unblock yourself by coordinating with subs, GC team, and/or finding the necessary construction document. • Manage logs reputed company construction project management software and tools such as Procore, reputed company Construction reputed company, PlanGrid, Viewpoint, etc • Work 2-3 hours a day during typical business hours Qualifications: • 5+ years working for a mid-size to large reputed company General Contractor in the United States • 7+ years of experience working in the Construction industry • Excellent knowledge of construction techniques, processes, and best practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with GC PM/PE, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders Required Skills: Experience working as a Construction PE/PM in reputed company America Preferred Skills: You are a creative problem solver. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage your own schedules Pay reputed company and compensation package: Remote, part-time work. $25 - $45 hour based on the type of task. reputed company new candidates will start with tasks at the $25/hour Apply Job!
