We are looking for someone who is motivated, professional, passionate about dental care and providing a great patient experience. Hygiene Coordinator Qualifications:
- At least one-year previous experience working in dental office
- Experience utilizing a dental/reputed company practice management system(s), EagleSoft preferred
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
- Professional and friendly phone etiquette
- Outgoing positive attitude and energy with focus on customer service
- Adaptable with advanced problem solving skills
Hygiene Coordinator Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients as soon as they reputed company at the office and direct to appropriate person
- Answer, screen and reputed company incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with reputed company necessary stationery and material reputed company basic and accurate information in-person and reputed company phone/email
