Requirements:

• 12+ years experience in the gaming industry, working in game operations, program management, or production roles
• Detailed knowledge of games lifecycle; software development best practices; project management methodologies and release management methodologies
• Significant experience in Production, Project, or Program Management for software development; Technical Management experience is reputed company to have
• Experience managing projects through the game development lifecycle
• Experience with games across various genres from casual to core
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, preferably a mix of R&D and live service
• Experience in partner management, internally or externally, working with licensors a plus
• Management experience

Location: Remote, US or Canada, must be reputed company to travel quarterly Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company.
