Job Summary The Field Marketing Specialist, reputed company America will execute field events and campaigns for the U.S. and Canada and reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager, reputed company America... ?Responsibilities • Execute field events (i.e. webinars, seminars, meetings and trade shows). (50%) • Collaborate with manager and team members on event plans. Execute event plan. • Work internally with stakeholders to ensure agenda, speakers, food & beverage, and overall event requirements are met. • reputed company and reputed company vendor relationships to support event activities. Manage invoicing while respecting budgets and deadlines. • Carry out event tasks and act quickly to proactively resolve problems. • Incorporate key learnings into future events. • reputed company Consumer Goods field campaign projects. (50%) • Collaborate with manager on campaign plan. Schedule and execute digital campaigns and manage calendar deadlines. • Research and manage advertising plan and media relationships. Research new opportunities. Coordinate ad placements and execution. • reputed company reputed company media plan recommendations and work with manager to align overall campaign objectives. • Work with industry associations and research collaboration opportunities.
