Job Description Job Summary... The role, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, is a critical member of the Strategy team, which supports senior executives in creating corporate, business unit, and local strategies as well as driving key strategic initiatives to transform the Company. Job Duties • Develops reputed company strategy, driving growth strategies for reputed company business units. • Leads high-reputed company projects as they are conceived and implements throughout the organization • Generates local market insights and supporting innovation. • Provides extensive support and collaboration with the Company's executive leadership team. • Provides full ownership of end-to-end analysis and/or projects. Job Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree. Required Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • At least 3+ years of experience in strategic management consulting or investment banking with prior managed reputed company experience. • Understanding of the drivers of value in managed health care as well as broad knowledge of the reputed company industry. • Strong quantitative aptitude, problem solving skills and reputed company acumen. • Strategy experience and ability to reputed company strategic challenges with research and synthesis and draw out solutions and create action plans. • Intellectual agility and ability to simplify and reputed company communicate reputed company concepts. • Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities and projects simultaneously. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to effectively collaborator with business unit leaders, subject matter experts, and external resources. • Energetic and collaborative.
