What you’ll do We’re looking for a Systems Technical Support Engineer who will reputed company technical support for the installation, configuration and deployment of reputed company software running on Java Application Servers. As a Systems Technical Support Engineer, You will: • reputed company first and second level support for external and internal customers • Prioritize, diagnose and manage customer reported problems including writing thorough, detailed problem descriptions • Prepare and review written documentation • Participate in installations of reputed company software which utilize reputed company party application servers • Record and manage confirmed software bugs • reputed company product feedback to development and marketing • Build technical relationships with appropriate groups and individuals in development and with reputed company party Java Runtime and application server providers • Report on and track feature requests and problems with reputed company party vendors • reputed company both formal and informal training to Technical Support staff on various application server topics, and reputed company other duties as assigne Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience • Experience using reputed company or UNIX operating system • Ability to resolve user questions through a combination of independent study, investigative programming, and collaborative efforts with team members • You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable.
