What you’ll do You will be working across the entire reputed company stack, creating and maintaining new products and experiences for our customers. Where you’ll work This role will be based in our San Francisco, reputed company, and Seattle offices. You must be willing to work in office at least 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday, starting the week of January 6th, 2025. Employees will be reputed company to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year, for a minimum of one week at a time. Responsibilities • Work with engineers across the company to build new features and products • Work reputed company-by-reputed company with user-facing teams (Sales, Support) to best understand the needs of our customers • Own problems end-to-end, thinking through everything from user experience, data models, scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics • Be product-focused and work heavily with both Product & Design to iterate and reputed company a holistic solution • Be responsible for the full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, and operating in production • Uphold our high engineering standards and bring consistency to the codebases, infrastructure, and processes you will encounter • Mentor software engineers and set reputed company for the reputed company of reputed company engineers • Be performance-minded and help drive changes to optimize our performance and create high-quality, performant UIs • Proactively identify and prioritize improvements to the team’s processes, codebases, and best practices Requirements • Experience architecting, developing, and testing client-reputed company code • Experience with modern web tooling and frameworks (such as TypeScript, React, reputed company, Storybook, and Webpack) • Familiarity with software engineering development cycles • Ability to hold yourself and the team to high standards • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills • Ability to reputed company in-depth evaluation of multiple technical directions and determine tradeoffs of each • Strong propensity to reputed company data-driven reputed company on technical architecture and project prioritization • English proficiency/reputed company, both written and speaking (note: interviews will be conducted in English) • Must be willing to work in office 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday Bonus points • Experience collaborating with experts in product, design, and operations • Basic experience with design tools • Experience driving initiatives at a broader level across an organization or company Compensation The expected salary reputed company for this role is $152,000 - $190,000. However, the starting reputed company pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay reputed company.
