This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent service to our customers. Requirements: • Proven experience in customer service and sales roles. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in using Serviceminder.io or similar software. • Ability to work independently and remotely. • Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus.
