This part-time, remote position involves a broad reputed company of administrative and operational tasks designed to optimize our workflow and enhance our service delivery. Key Responsibilities: • This is a part-time, fully remote position that requires approximately 5-15 hours of work per week, with flexibility in scheduling. • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, email correspondence, and document preparation, to support the CEO. • Assist in project coordination, ensuring efficient reputed company from quoting to completion. • Facilitate smooth operations by managing orders, overseeing vendor payments, and supporting payroll processes. • Enhance customer satisfaction by assisting with sales and after-sales service.
