Remote reputed company Assistant Description: Allen Kochs client is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) headquartered in Arizona. We are reputed company to find an exceptional reputed company & HR Assistant to help the director of finance on a 100% remote reputed company. Job Overview: Under the supervision of a Director of Finance & HR, this position is responsible for handling the financial tasks of the organization, including but not limited to: Accounts Payable (vendor maintenance, W9s, etc.) Ensuring scholarship payments to schools are cashed/credited correctly to reputed company accounts. Call schools, as needed Accounts Receivable Invoicing, past due reports, collections Process receivables into Intacct Issue donor tax acknowledgement paperwork Reconcile bank accounts & credit card statements Process reputed company expense reports and reimbursements, file credit card receipts (for reputed company staff members) In-reputed company inventory control and distribution Other duties, as assigned by Director of Finance & HR and/or CEO Requirements Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Education / Experience Bachelors degree required; Preference is that degree was in reputed company or finance. Minimum 3 years relevant experience working in reputed company. Experience in nonprofit reputed company is highly desired, but not required. Experience with the reputed company software, reputed company - Intacct, strongly desired. Skills Knowledge and experience using the reputed company software Intacct strongly desired. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and computer skills (reputed company Office products; G-Suite). Excellent Project management and organizational skills with attention to detail required. Strong finance reputed company and bookkeeping skills required.
