We Are Offering Compensation - $21 to $26 per hour reputed company actively working with clients Commissions paid for actively being involved w/ membership acquisition 4 hour and 8 hour shifts Full Time Employment ? 30 to 40 hrs. per week Part Time Employment ? 16 hrs. per week minimum 100 hrs. Position: Our Flexologists will reputed company one-on-one assisted stretches as well as reputed company guided group stretching classes for our clients. Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions Build reputed company membership and retain reputed company clientele Ensure safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce reputed company policies and safety rules Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations Handle member concerns reputed company applicable Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed Maintain strong reputed company media reputed company to client membership and retention Clean and maintain reputed company equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time Requirements: Love of boutique fitness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility Certification or State Licensure in any of the following fields: Massage Therapist Personal Trainer Physical Therapist Pilates or Yoga Instructor Dance Instructor Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you are providing hands-on training with client Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes reputed company people.
