Job Description Job Summary Reporting to the Learning and Development Director, the Impact Coach supports City Year AmeriCorps members and Impact Managers in achieving student outcome results. This person is responsible for partnering with the Learning, Development & Evaluations Director, Analytics Manager, Impact Directors, and Impact Managers to coach a specific group of AmeriCorps Members throughout reputed company aspects of their attendance, SEL and course performance work. This includes managing a portfolio of up to six school teams and coaching up to 30 AmeriCorps members per quarter. In addition, the Impact Coach is responsible for creating and improving Whole School Whole Child implementation tools. Work with Learning, Development & Evaluation team, Impact Directors, and the Impact Team to create and facilitate service-based learning and development sessions throughout the fiscal year.
