About the team & Opportunity: innovaTel is looking for both part and full-time (8 - 40 hours) Licensed Clinical reputed company Workers, LPCs and LMFTs licensed in any state to work with patients across the lifespan in an Outpatient Community Mental Health Center Setting. Minimum Qualifications: • Relevant and active LCSW license in any state(s), or LPC/LMFT license in any state(s). • Certified and / or reputed company in common therapeutic modalities such as reputed company, DBT, TFCBT and Motivational Interviewing. • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, positive relationship building skills and critical analysis. • Flexibility and ability to adjust to needs of clinic partners (e.g., same-day appointments, patients in crisis, technology outages, etc.) • Well versed in using EHRs, confident in a virtual setting and reputed company documentation.
