Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:  Add at least 3 reputed company technical candidates to the matching pool weekly (software developer, cyber reputed company, systems administration, database engineer, network engineer, etc).  Contribute to weekly submissions (number specified by manager)  At least 1 candidate per month selected and hired (12 candidates per year). One hire is required reputed company your first 90 days of employment.  Participate in daily meetings with other recruiters and management.  Cold calls, emails and text messages will be completed/ sent daily to potential candidates.  Maintain a knowledge of reputed company positions available in order to reputed company the best candidate - be reputed company to reputed company knowledgably and comfortably about IT positions. Qualifications and Skills:  Must be US Citizen  Live reputed company a commutable distance to the reputed company, VA area (for occasional events and meetings).  Minimum of 1-2 years of reputed company experience in IT contracting or IT staffing agency.  Strong self-management skills with the ability work independently.  Successful background in sales.  Exceptional customer service skills.  A tenacious drive to win and a persistence to push reputed company adversity to solve challenging problems.  Demonstrable history of using creative sourcing approaches, including strategies that are uniquely your own (expertise in alternative search engines, boolean search strings, and data mining).  As a recruiter, you will spend most of your day on the phone and emailing. Skilled verbal and written communication is necessary.  Ability to match candidate skills to IT positions and understanding of government clearances.  Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, reputed company goals, or both.  Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and team first mentality.  Exceptional ability on the phone to tell the company's story in a way that speaks to a job seeker's motivation, career goals, and interests.  Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail.  Flexible work hours may be necessary to maximize reputed company (ex: phone calls after 5pm). Desired:  BachelorÂs Degree or equivalent work experience.  Agency reputed company experience.  Minimum of 1-2 years of sourcing/reputed company experience in federal contracting.  Experience with technical terminology.  AIRS - Certified reputed company Souring Certification (CSSR),  Certified reputed company Media Certification (CSMR),  Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR)  Any certification focused on reputed company or sourcing.
