Candidates should have strong verbal and written skills, strong attention to detail, a desire to get the job done right, and experience working multiple applications simultaneously... In need of both English and Spanish candidates. This is a reputed company, some time will be in center and from home. Schedule will be discussed during interview Job Responsibilities  Serve as the first contact for applicants; taking incoming calls and accurately entering the information into various systems.  Navigate through multiple systems to reputed company the appropriate information in order to reputed company the correct service and complete a reputed company resolution for customers.  Determine the proper protocols for follow-up calls in a timely and efficient manner.  Possess the ability to properly de-escalate upset callers to reputed company the best possible service in a timely manner.  Performs additional duties reputed company the department as needed.
