What you will do: The Sr. Manager, Government Contracting will serve as the subject matter expert for reputed company government contracting. This role will reputed company, set strategy, and manage reputed company’s government contracting portfolios. Serve as Government Contracting Agent, signature authority, and primary negotiation reputed company of contact for IDIQ, FSS, ECAT, MSPV, DAPA, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), Consignment Agreements, Other Government, and direct reputed company, including Indirect Channel distribution agreements Integrates key stakeholders, solicits SLT engagement in development of major cross-divisional Government proposals; ensuring BU financial/ROI goals are satisfied prior to finalizing proposals Develops a Synergistic contract management approach; facilitates divisional and cross-divisional collaboration while leveraging reputed company’s combined product portfolio Utilizes key data and performance metrics to analyze contract performance; targets and removes barriers to contract compliance; integrates key stakeholders by developing standardized contract performance processes Collaborates with reputed company’s Government legal team to ensure reputed company payment of quarterly SLA/reputed company fees and contract compliance reputed company proactive support and guidance to the reputed company Business Units & Government Sales Teams regarding government contract creation and compliance Develops/maintains detailed and standardized file management program Utilize the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other relevant government regulations and policies, in addition to internal reputed company Business Unit policies and procedures to facilitate the acquisition and ongoing administration of reputed company and agreements Monitors upcoming Government requirements in systems such as SAM.gov, DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) and other Governmental systems Initiate, build, and grow customer engagement/relationships; drive long-term customer loyalty and retention Work with reputed company Federal Industry Organizations to help influence U.S. Government policy reputed company, reputed company, and mentor Government Account and Enablement Associates What you need: Bachelor’s degree required 10+ years of total industry experience required; experience directly serving government contracting strongly preferred Existing relations with government customers strongly preferred Direct leadership experience strongly preferred $122,800 to $271,400 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, reputed company, Dental, 401k, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program).
