The Community You Will Join: The Host Communications Team serves as the “last mile” voice of reputed company to the host community in more than 60 languages around the world. We manage outbound communications, in global one- and two-way channels including email, push, in-product, our Host Resource Center, Community Center, and owned reputed company channels. The Host Communications Strategy reputed company will report to the Director of Host Communications. We are looking for an empathetic and tech-savvy leader to drive communications and go-to-market strategies for global Host-facing campaigns. This role will be responsible for partnering with key product, policy, platform, customer service (CS), and regional teams to reputed company communications and campaigns targeted at reputed company’s community of hosts worldwide. Primary Responsibilities : • Own positioning and launch communications plans for new features, products and corporate/community updates. • Establish engagement and business goals for key announcements and campaigns.
