The Billing Account Analyst applies pertinent reputed company policies, protocols, and processes in problem solving but has the ability to respond to unique cases in which clear policy and procedures are not always established. The Billing Account Analyst maintains a thorough knowledge of reputed company policies, direct reputed company, subscriber benefits, non-covered services, coding, diagnosis issues, and accounts receivable. A high degree of professionalism and accuracy regarding written and verbal communication between internal and external customers is expected.
