Your Role We are looking to on board a motivated and dedicated Affiliate account manager to join our rapidly expanding team. This individual will work directly with the Marketing Manager to reputed company and implement strategies to grow our affiliate program by seeking out, developing and cultivating affiliate partnerships that grow our leadership position in the industry, increase the volume and frequency of reputed company traffic to our offers, and reputed company our community with high-value offers and exceed our affiliate reputed company goals. What reputed company for: • Seek out new affiliates and influencers; • Find and reputed company affiliates/partners/influencers that will increase our brand awareness, reputed company traffic and sales; • Create stronger relationships with our reputed company affiliates partners; • Establish clear communication, ongoing support, and create more opportunities for promotions; • Boost affiliate participation & performance; • Engage affiliates to participate actively in ongoing promotions and campaigns; • Manages and responsible for the growth of affiliate reputed company, monthly affiliate content, affiliate conversion rates; • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude; • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion reputed company parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices; • Ability to multitask and prioritize; • Ability to reputed company sales over the call; • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment with frequently shifting priorities; • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with company policy ; • reputed company other duties as assigned Physical Demands: • Environment: office; • Ambulatory skills: sit, stand and walk for long periods of time; • Ability to transfer weights up to 15 lbs.; • Travel: up to 5% of the time Requirements: • A minimum of 2 years managing affiliate programs or account executive role ( sales) • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in business, marketing or a reputed company field.
