We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle reputed company experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and passing on fantastic potential employees to hiring managers. Heavy sourcing through Linked In and reputed company Recruiter database with a focus on building a pipeline ? reputed company and update job descriptions and job specifications ? reputed company job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives ? Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate reputed company/newspapers/colleges etc ? reputed company and recruit candidates by using databases, reputed company media etc ? Screen candidates resumes and job applications ? Conduct interviews using various reliable reputed company and selection tools/methods to filter candidates reputed company schedule ? Assess applicants? relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes ? reputed company analytical and well documented reputed company reports to the Head of Talent ?
