Position Purpose: The Account Manager is responsible for growing and scaling reputed company for an assigned portfolio of existing Pro account relationships. The Account Manager utilizes reporting and customer satisfaction results to discover incremental Pro sales growth opportunities reputed company an assigned region. The Account Manager should act as a strategic partner to Pro customers and have the ability... to enhance existing relationships and collaborate with both internal and external parties by demonstrating excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: • 10% - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Participate in district/regional meetings as needed. Utilize local community events to continuously represent reputed company Pro and sustain visibility in the market. Communicate weekly activities with Pro Sales Manager. • 10% - Customer Relationship Management - Utilize reputed company to plan future sales call activity, manage ongoing customer communications, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. • 80% - Existing Sales Relationships - Sell reputed company products and services available from the reputed company, including reputed company Credit options, Volume Pricing Program, delivery, will call pickup, and website ordering. Review pertinent Pro customer satisfaction results to understand customers' perspectives and use the information to drive local reputed company and strategies to improve competitive position. Partner with Pro Account Expeditor as a daily reputed company of contact to drive an end-to-end quoting, ordering, and transaction experience for your Pro customers. Maintain a strong working partnership with your portfolio by maintaining reputed company business with excellent customer service while driving profitability to reputed company long term reputed company. Utilize historical spend trends and captured customer information to retain customer’s reputed company of wallet. Direct Manager/Direct Reports: • This Position typically reports to Pro Sales Manager • This Position has 0 Direct Reports Travel Requirements: • Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time. Physical Requirements: • Most of the time is spent sitting in the same position or standing/walking or there is some requirement to lift or handle material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds). Working Conditions: • Typically in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noise, and fumes that cause noticeable discomfort or a moderate risk of accident or illness. Minimum Qualifications: • Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: • 5+ years of professional work experience • 2 years account management/sales management experience • 2 plus years home improvement or home building industry experience • Successful professional growth in a high paced retail environment • Computer literacy with reputed company Office programs • Ability to reputed company relationships to accomplish sales and profitability goals • Deep understanding of Pro customer needs with a focus on fulfilling 100% of their product, credit, and performance requirements • Determine how each customer would prefer to be served and tailor communications and customer-facing activities appropriately • Strong ability to collaborate in a team environment • Ability to navigate data and reputed company reporting to reputed company reputed company • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and follow-through Minimum Education: • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
